ensure you a beautiful landscape job. Kennedy's offers different levels of
landscape design services. We understand each customer has different
ideas, objectives, and budgets. Kennedy's wants you to feel comfortable
whether you need a little help or a lot.
Kennedy's Country Gardens has partnered with a select group of professional
designers to offer our customers the highest quality in landscape
design.

frame, and budget:
1. Plant-A-Plan
Design Service geared for the Do-It-Yourselfer
The quickest most economical way for a professional landscape!
A Plant-A-Plan design is performed entirely at Kennedy's Country Gardens.
Your first step is to take photos of the area(s) you want to landscape. These
pictures should be taken from different angles and distances to give us a
'complete picture'. Next sketch the area. Do this from an overhead
view. We recommend using graph paper and it should be drawn using a
scale. (Ex. one block equals 1 foot). Start with a fixed object such
as your house, fence, pool, etc.. Then take accurate measurements.
Note anything relevant such as doors, windows, steps, walks, etc.. Note
sunlight exposures and soil conditions. To facilitate your doing this,
please
pick up one of our convenient "Plant-A-Plan" packets at Kennedy's or click on
Plant-A-Plan.
Once you have gathered the necessary information, bring it in to
Kennedy's. One of our nursery professionals will sketch an informal plan
for your area and help you select the plants that are appropriate for your
landscape. We Plan, you Plant! It's that

2. A Landscape Consultation
The on-site consultation at your home or business allows the designer to see
your existing landscape and discuss your current needs and goals. Your input is
an essential part of the consultation, enabling an exchange of ideas that help
to get your project going in the right direction.
For some Kennedy’s clients, the designer spending time answering questions
about the your property and sharing ideas are all that is needed to inspire you to
gardening success. In many cases, our designer can draw a quick sketch on
the spot and send you in to our garden center with a plan list.
For others, the consultation is just the first step. The consultation allows
the designer to gather necessary information about you and your property to
create a unique landscape plan.
There is a $125 fee for an initial 1 hour consultation.
3. A Formal Professional Landscape Design
On-site Landscape Design and Consultation
The key to well landscaped property is having each outdoor space flow together
keeping the big picture in mind. To achieve this goal a overall landscape plan is
necessary.
The Consultation
As stated above this allows the designer to come to your property. During
the visit the designer will be more focused on gathering information about you,
your lifestyle, and your property. Measurements will be taken with idea that a plan will
be drawn. There is a $125 fee for the initial consultation.
The Plan
A comprehensive landscape plan, based on your input is conceived.
The price for the plan is based the amount of time spent creating it. The
designer can give you an estimate for this during the consultation. Upon
completion of your landscape plan, you
can bring it in to Kennedy's where one of our knowledgeable nursery staff will
assist you in selecting your plants. If you choose to install some or all
of the plants yourself, Kennedy's offers a local delivery service to get your
plants and supplies home safely and to their approximate locations. Kennedy's
also has a list of
recommended contractors qualified to professionally install your new landscape
plants and supplies.
4. Complete Design Build
Professional Design and Installation
As you, your friends, neighbors, and clients approach your property, the
first thing they see is your landscaping. A professionally landscaped yard
is a true investment in the value of your property. Complete
Landscape Design and Installation services is an investment in time as
well. The process may require several weeks to several years to complete
depending on timing, scope, and complexity.
The Consultation
As stated above this allows the designer to come to your property and meet with
you. During the initial visit the designer will be focused on gathering
information about you and your property. Measurements will be taken in
order to create a master plan. There is a $125 fee for the initial consultation.
The Plan
A comprehensive landscape plan, based on your requirements, is conceived. A
proposal for the implementation of your project is put together and you are
invited to review the plan and the proposal.
The Installation
Upon acceptance, your landscape project goes to scheduling. The installation
of your new landscape project will be overseen by the Kennedy's landscape designer. Your new tree and
shrub plantings will be backed by our 1 year
planting guarantee. The Kennedy's Complete Landscape Design Build
ensures you a professional quality job from start to finish. It is the
