Top Ten Reasons to Buy You
r
Christmas Tree at Kennedy’s

  1. The hot mulled cider of course!!!
  2. Complimentary hand warming over a fire on cold days.
  3. Freshness. Many varieties of Kennedy’s cut Christmas trees are grown right here in Massachusetts. They typically cut the trees the day before we pick them up.
  4. But local. Our local trees support our local economy, not corporate headquarters.
  5. Green trees.  Cut Christmas trees are better for the environment than fake trees, use less fuel, especially if they are locally grown, and trees farms help keep land open from over-development.  And you are not killing trees, they are grown in a field just like corn, only it takes about 7-10 years longer!  And one acre of Christmas trees is a enough Oxygen for 18 people in a year.
  6. Kennedy’s will cut a slice off the bottom of your tree so it takes up the water. Please put stand up the tree in bucket of water as soon as you get home!
  7. Kennedy’s will give you a free package of tree preservative. Add it to the water to keep your tree fresh.
  8. Kennedy’s will give you a free disposal bag for your tree so you don’t leave a trail of needles along the way to the door.
  9. Kennedy’s will give you a free bungee to hold down your trunk or we’ll help tie your tree to the roof (You also need to agree to take the tree off the SUV before you try to enter the garage).
  10. Yes, Kennedy’s will put your tree stand on for you, for free. (Hopefully not everyone reads this line and takes us up on this) We recommend our stands because they are the best, but we’ll attempt to put your old stand on under certain conditions:
    A. If the stand is not a family heirloom from the 1830’s.
    B. If it’s not the busiest Saturday afternoon of the year during our lunchtime. |
    C. If the stand weighs more than the tree itself.
    D. If the stand is bigger than the tree itself.
    E. If we don’t have to whittle the tree down to a tooth pick and still have to “shoe horn” it into the stand.
    F. If there’s enough time to get the stand on before Christmas.

The customer is responsible by law to make sure the tree is tied securely to the vehicle.  Kennedy's can not be responsible for missing trees or injuries resulting from a tree not tied down properly.  Kennedy's can be responsible for a tree tipping over and/or damaging property.
